III. organization and leadership

the comprehensive safety management of hazardous chemicals is organized and led by the work safety committee of the State Council (hereinafter referred to as the work safety committee of the State Council). IV. time schedule and work arrangement

5 Strengthen the risk management and control of chemical industry parks, major risk functional areas involving hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemical tank areas.
